Congratulations on being selected as a 2026 HOBY ambassador (or the parent of an ambassador)! HOBY Ohio South will be held June 11-14, 2026 at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. You must complete required pre-seminar online before you can attend the seminar.
All ambassadors receive a personalized link to complete their forms via email. If you cannot find your link, please contact recruiting@hobyohiosouth.org for assistance.
These forms are due Friday, May 4, 2026.

- We recommend you complete the forms in one sitting.
- Complete these forms with a parent or guardian present. Signatures are required from both you and your legal guardian.
- Be sure that you have at least 30 minutes to complete the paperwork before beginning.
